Nanjing Suntech Metal Equipment Co., Ltd (Abbreviated as Suntech Equipment) is a private enterprise with independent legal person qualification, with registered capital of RMB20 million. Our company is located in No. 888, Tangtong Road, Airport Industrial Park, Nanjing, P. R. China, where is adjacent to the seaport, airport and express train station. Suntech Equipment is specialized in designing and fabricating process equipment and piping made of special metals, such as Nickel Alloy, Titanium Alloy, Copper-Nickel Alloy, Zirconium, Super Stainless Steel and their clad materials. Our company's main products include heat-exchangers, reactors, towers, storage tanks, piping and etc., which are widely used in such fields as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, power, electronics, sea-engineering and environmental protection, etc.
Suntech Equipment has obtained manufacture license of special equipment of P. R. China, ASME U stamp, NB stamp and certification, and PED certifications. Our company has established a sound quality assurance system, and has passed the ISO9001: 2015 quality management system, the ISO14001: 2015 environment management system, as well as the ISO18001: 2016 occupational health and safety management system certifications.
Suntech Equipment has a team of professional and technical personnel, including designers, manufacturing process personnel, welding and heat treatment personnel, inspection personnel and etc. Our company's technical personnel are familiar with GB, ASME and EN codes, and have strong bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English. Our designers are capable for issuing AutoCAD drawings. Suntech Equipment is equipped with all kinds of design calculation software suitable for design needs, including SW6, PV-Elite and so on. Our company also has professional manufacturers of pressure vessels, including licensed pressure vessel welders skilled with SAW, SMAW, GTAW and so on. Our welder qualifications meet the requirements of the ASME and PED specifications.
Our manufacturing area is 8000 sqm (1st phase), among which, 1000 sqm is an isolated workshop for non-ferrous metal welding. Non-ferrous metals and stainless steel are stored separately from ferrous metals per the requirement of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Manufacturing Requirement, and Grade l as well as Grade II welding material room is set up separately. Suntech Equipment has more than 20 sets of facilities for process equipment fabrication and inspection, including overlay welding machine, forming machine, lifting machine, PMI, coating wall thickness gauge and so on.
